BPCIT, or Bipradas Pal Chowdhury Institute of Technology, is a premier diploma/polytechnic college. If you have passed the Secondary/Madhyamik examination or are currently appearing in the 10th standard, you can join BPCIT by taking an entrance exam like JEXPO. There are two primary pathways to enter engineering courses at BPCIT:
1. JEXPO Entrance Exam
After passing or appearing for your Secondary/Madhyamik examination, you become eligible for the JEXPO Entrance Exam. The exam is conducted by the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WEBSCTE).
2. VOCLET Entrance Exam
Vocational Education is a core branch of technical education. After passing Class 8th or the Secondary examination, you are eligible for the VOCLET Entrance Exam, which is also conducted by WEBSCTE. Qualifying VOCLET opens up lateral entry and specialized courses.
