Bipradas Pal Chowdhury Institute of Technology, Krishnanagar (also known as BPCIT) is the first technological institute established in Nadia district. The college is an affiliate of the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education and provides diplomas in various fields of technology. The courses offered by the institute include diplomas in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science and Technology. Students are provided workshop training and taken on regular industry visits for hands-on experience in their chosen professions. A variety of modern teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students across all departments at BPCIT.
