Bipradas Pal Chowdhury Institute of
Technology, Krishnanagar also known as BPCIT is the first technological
institute established in Nadia district. The college is an affiliate of
West Bengal State Council of Technical Education and provides diplomas in
the field of technology to students. The different courses offered by the
institute are diplomas in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science and Technology. The students
are also provided workshop training and are taken on regular visits to
Industries for a hands on view of the fields they choose as a profession.
A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart
knowledge and skills to students at BPCIT in its various
departments.
